Thanks, Lucky!  It is a lot of house with a lot of land for a city lot.  The next owners have a lot of choices with this one...live in one unit and collect rent from the other, keep it as strictly investment, or they could convert it to a single-family home, too.

Regarding the new pic...it's my primitive attempt to track where different things I post end up.  Eventually, I'll go back to just one, but for now this enables me to track various services that I've been using to see what lands where. (does that even make sense?  LOL!)
